    WebDirectory provides a Web-based filesystem frontend.

    WebDirectory provides a Web-based filesystem frontend.

    WebDirectory provides a Web-based frontend to an ordinary directory structure of your filesystem. There is no need to import your current data, and no problem exporting your data for backup. It is kept very simple to provide maximum efficiency.

    You can upload, download and delete files; create and delete directories; configure multiple instances; and have optional user authentication.

    Here are some key features of "WebDirectory":

    · Upload files

    · Delete files
    · Create directories

    · Configure multiple instances
    · Optional user authentication

    Requirements:

    · Your webserver should at least support PHP4 in version 4.3.x or better
    · Webbrowser with META REFRESH support and cookies enabled
    · The programm does not need a database server

    Do not forget to set the following "php.ini" variables as you need:

    · file_uploads: Enable file uploads
    · upload_tmp_dir: Define directory for temporary storage of upload files
    · upload_max_filesize: Define maximum allowed upload file size (I)
    · post_max_size: Define maximum allowed upload file size (II)
    · max_execution_time: Define maximum allowed download duration
    · max_input_time: Define maximum allowed upload duration
    · memory_limit: Define maximum allowed memory usage for execution of this programm
