ArchivistaBox provides a preconfigured DMS, archiving server, and PDF machine.
All required features are pre-installed and the implementation is kept to an absolute minimum. It features easy installation, a Web interface for both end users and administration, scanner integration, FTP scanning, PDF printing, backups, and OCR and PDF integration that allows the creation of searchable PDFs.
The ArchivistaBox concept comprises a set of ready-to-use DMS systems which can be put into operation without further ado: all the required features are pre-installed and implementation is kept to an absolute minimum.
What is more, the ArchivistaBox systems are available in the framework of a dual licensing concept. Each ArchivistaBox comes with a support license that guarantees that the solution is fully functioning and that it is further developed. The software part is in addition available under OpenSource (GPL) license.
