ULL (Universal Linux Launcher) is a Linux based launcher to handle patching and starting the games produced by NCSoft under Wine.

Usage:

If this is the first time you have run the launcher you will need to choose a default game and configure it, the only setting you need to change is Game Directory unless you use a non-standard installation.

You can change your settings via the Tools -> Options menu.

You can also repair your installation via Tools -> Repair if your game supports repairing.

If your game is the correct version click launch to start the game, otherwise click update to patch the game to the latest version.

If your game uses a standalone patcher clicking launch will launch that patcher.

Installation:

Compile the ULL executable using

./configure
make
make install (as super user)

You may get error messages concerning a few packages, following is a list of the package mentioned and the package to install via synaptic (hopefully non-Ubuntu users can find the required package in their package manager)

glade-sharp-2.0 = libglade-0-cil
gmcs = mono-gmcs

If the configure process complains about missing System.Web.dll the Ubuntu package to install is libmono-system-web2.0-cil.
