A multiplayer FPS video game

Quake2Live is a multiplayer FPS (first-person shooter) video game designed to be launched via a Web browser plugin. It offers game players a free and easily accessible multiplayer game that uses the Quake2 engine via a single website.

The objective of this project is to create a multiplayer game experience using Quake2 that operates from a web browser plugin. Offering game players a totally free and easily accessible multiplayer game and community through a single website. Similar to that of the QuakeLive.com website, but using the Quake2 engine instead. Why? The Quake2 engine is simply ... better then the Quake3 engine.
