Open Liero is an almost exact replica of Liero omiting some bugs.
Open Liero is an almost exact clone of Liero. Some non-essential bugs were fixed such as walking over the rope. Most Liero total conversions work perfectly in it and sound is fully supported.
OpenLiero is the ultimate hack for Liero 1.33. By placing OpenLiero in your old Liero directory, you can run Liero as before, with sounds, in both Windows and Linux. OpenLiero emulates Liero almost perfectly, and has all the good old weapons. If you didn't like the good old weapons, OpenLiero of course supports TC's as well.
OpenLiero is currently in development, which is why some bugs may appear and some parts are still not implemented, such as some TC hacks. However, it is fully playable and gives you that good old feeling. Now also with the good old Liero AI to fight with.
Liero and thus Open Liero is an action game similar to worms but in real time. May be played by two players or one player and a bot.
