OSX-Tiger theme is a GTK theme that tries to imitate OSX Tiger operating system's Aqua theme. There are some differences, because GTK sets some limits what you can do and what not.
The theme uses some graphics from Glossy P theme.
This theme also uses Pixbuf engine, therefore in Ubuntu you'll need to install the gtk2-engines-pixbuf package.
