How to install?

INSTALL manually, NOT with the theme manager:

COPY: /home/"user"/.themes

OR

ROOT COPY: /usr/share/themes

SELECT: Sistem>Preferences>appearance select "Personalice" "controls" select E17 and "Windows" select E17

About GNOME:
