Clear Night is a cool color scheme for the GNOME desktop environment, based on the Murrine engine.
Developer comments
As the other themes I've done, it was created with the GNOME color chooser, therefore the file is not a gtkrc but a .gnomecc one. So you need the Gnome Color Chooser to import and apply it.
About GNOME:
