Ambiance DS Blue is a mix of several other GTK themes.
Developer comments
The main portion is based on Ambiance Dark Sidebar theme by Warriorlng64 (http://www.webupd8.org/2011/11/download-ambiance-with-dark-nautilus-3.html), with slightly darker bg_color, blue highlight instead of orange and flat toolbar among several other changes.
I also use gtk2 panel graphics and panel.rc from Zukitwo (by lassekongo83) mainly for xfce4-panel theming.
I have replaced the window decoration with theme from Hope GTK3 theme and removed the unity window decoration.
