Humanoid OSX blend black 0.1

Humanoid OSX blend black is a Metacity window decoration, a modification of the Humanoid OSX Dark theme.

It borrows the highlighting colors from the current GTK theme, and the color for the inactive windows from the GTK chrome color. It also provides a less intrusive window menu button.
