gimpCopy is a service menu for KDE.
I often find myself opening a file in the GIMP only to copy it to a new file and close the original. This adds an option to the Actions menu for all image mimetypes to achieve that same result in one step. Yeah, this is probably completely useless to you, but it's my first service menu and I felt like sharing.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Copy to ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus
If you want it to be available to all users, copy it to /usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus
