Add or load files directories to Amarok 0.2

Add or load files directories to Amarok is an improved version of madpenguin8/doctorb's (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/?content=31564) servicemenu.

I just added ability to load selected directory or files as new playlist and start playing.

What's New in This Release:

�· Open Amarok when not running.
�· Added 1 sec sleep after loading of playlist.(sometimes Amarok doesn't start playing after loading of songs)
�· Added wma and musepack file types.
