Footwork is the ugliest icon theme for GNOME.

Developer comments

It is currently under development. 98 % of all the icons you see are intended to be "placeholders" for what's to come. Heck, I haven't even decided on a color palette yet.

It does not support dark themes.

It was created from scratch. However, it is inspired by the common visual language of popular icon sets, Tango icons in particular.
