Turn Off PulseAudio is a GNOME Shell extension that allows user to easily turn off and/or resume the PulseAudio sound server. This is useful when you want to launch another sound server, like JACK.

To install this extension you must have GNOME Shell installed or Cinnamon. However, keep in mind that it has not been tested with Cinnamon.
