    This GNOME-Shell add-on replaces the ALT+F2 function with command-line tools

    Remove F2, autocompletion in Overview… [and other cool things] is a GNOME Shell extension that removes the ALT+F2 function from GNOME, offering command-line tools straight in the overview mode.

    It also features an auto completion function in GNOME Shell overview.

    To install this extension you must have GNOME Shell installed or Cinnamon. However, keep in mind that it has not been tested with Cinnamon.
