    Ubuntu 11.10 Howto Install:
    - unzip and move folder theme to /usr/share/icons/
    - open a terminal and insert this command line:
    - "sudo ln -fs /usr/share/icons/Bold-Knob/cursor.theme /etc/alternatives/x-cursor-theme"
    - select pointer with gnome-tweak-tools
    - Restart Ubuntu, and...the Pointer Work!
