    History

    A fellow blogger had (through some MySQL misadventures) the problem that her database contained Latin-1, UTF-8 and Double-UTF-8 encoded text in a wild mixture.

    Use it with care, it's quite ad-hoc and definitely neither complete nor beautiful.
