A commercial and secure email, online file sharing/storage, and secure chat, HIPAA compliant

editor's review

CryptoHeaven is a multiplatform and commercial graphical software that offers secure end-to-end encryption. It integrates multi-user based security into all of your communications, including email, instant messaging, file storage and file sharing into one unique package.

Features at a glance

Key features include secure and highly encrypted services, such as group collaboration, file sharing, email, online storage and instant messaging, as well as support for 2048 to 4096 bit RSA asymmetric and 256 bit AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) symmetric key encryption.

No third party keyholder is used, and automatic key and contact management is provided by default. With CryptoHeaven, all your services will be integrated and available from a single user interface, no personal information (names, addresses, credit card numbers) are required.

The software is HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant, offers Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), provides an option for choosing to not use a third-party key holder, offers fully automatic encryption key management, as well as zero-knowledge encrypted file cloud storage and email.

Supports all mainstream operating systems

CryptoHeaven is the perfect solution if you want to keep any and all types of governments and "authorities" from accessing your data. It has been engineered to work on all mainstream computer operating systems, including GNU/Linux, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X, as well as on the Android mobile OS. Both 32-bit and 64-bit hardware architectures are supported at this time.

Under the hood and availability

To make sure that the software is supported on all mainstream OSes, its developers used the universal Java programming language to write the entire application, which is available for download as pre-built binary packages in the TAR and JAR file formats, as a self-executable SH file, as well as native installers for distributions of Linux using the DEB or RPM packaging systems.
