Google Analytics Reporting Suite is an Adobe AIR software that brings Google Analytics to the desktop. It uses it's own custom API to interact with Google and nearly implements all features of Analytics. See the feature list for more info.

There's a demo account included if you just want to check out the app, but I obviously prefer you use your own Analytics account to give it a test run.
