Agile Tracker is a free application, written in Adobe AIR, that allows you to keep track of the time you spend performing tasks for a project.
If you use Agile Agenda as well, you can automatically sync your list of tasks with a project schedule and upload time sheet information to the AgileAgenda.com web services.
