To select an effect filter simply click on the camera that you would like to use. This will switch the application back to the main screen where you can snap a new picture.
Once you have pictures in the thumbnail viewer at the bottom of the application, you can click on the trash can to send the image to the recycle bin, or you can click on the magnifying glass to view the image in a larger window, or click on the flick icon to send the image file to your flick account.
To setup a flickr account, you will need to click on the "flickr edit" button and fill in the API Key and Secret Key. If you don't have these keys, you may click on the "Create Keys Here" button to launch a new window pointing to the flickr window.
