avast! Linux Home Edition is a freeware graphical software tailored specifically for GNU/Linux operating systems and designed from the ground up to act as a reliable and capable antivirus solution. It promises to keep your computer from unwanted computer viruses, even though they pretty much don’t exist for desktop-oriented Linux distributions.
