This is not a big update in the grand scheme of things

Team Fortress 2, a free online FPS multiplayer game developed by Valve, has been updated once more. The latest patch is all about fixes and some balancing changes and it's not a major upgrade.

Team Fortress 2 has been available on the Linux platform for a while now, and it's on par with the other supported versions. This is the best kind of free-to-play game as the players don't need to pay to win. The only transactions are for items that have no impact on the gameplay, so everyone should be on equal footing at all times.

According to the changelog, the Revolver and Pistol Killstreak Kits now properly work on decorated weapons, Rescue Ranger bolts have been fixed, cosmetic items with an ambient particle effect have been corrected, an issue with The Sandvich has been fixed, an exploit related to instantly completing a payload map has been repaired, and some other fixes have been implemented as well.

Team Fortress 2 features a large number of multiplayer modes, such as Capture the Flag, Control Point, Payload, Arena, King of the Hill, and more. Players can choose one of the nine classes: Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper, and Spy.

As usual, you don't have to do anything extra, just start Steam and wait for the game to get the latest updates.
