The latest version of phpMyAdmin can be downloaded from Softpedia

phpMyAdmin, the popular tool written in PHP and intended to handle the administration of MySQL databases, is now at version 4.2.2.

A new build of phpMyAdmin, 4.2.2, has been released, and it comes with a few important fixes for a number of problems that have escaped the developers until now.

According to the changelog, the database expansion no longer gives Error 500 when the database name is clicked in the navigation tree, the table display of the performance_schema DB structure is now working correctly, the binary columns are now working properly, and the BLOB link transformation has been fixed.

Also, ShowCreateDb is now working correctly in the navigation panel, the databases are now shown in the navigation panel when the database expansion is disabled, the calendar is now shown in the search tab, the monitor now fits into the screen width, the primary key attributes no longer get lost when copying databases, and maxInputVars are now empty in the js/messages.php file.
