The latest version of phpMyAdmin can be downloaded from Softpedia

phpMyAdmin, the popular tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL databases, has just reached version 4.1.0.

The final version for phpMyAdmin 4.1.0 has been launched and is ready for download. “This release contains many improvements and bug fixes. With this release the minimum supported PHP version is now 5.3 and the minimum MySQL version is 5.5,” said the developers.

According to the changelog, specifying a port when connecting to the controlhost is now allowed, user interface improvements have been implemented to server privileges, view creation, the Operations tab, Relation View, and when creating new users, and optional ReCAPTCHA support during login has been added.
