The developers have urged all users to upgrade as soon as possible

PhpBB, the open source flat-forum bulletin board software solution that can be used to stay in touch with a group of people or can power your entire website, is now at version 3.0.10.

There a number of important updates that are delivered with PhpBB 3.0.10, such as:  moderator controls can be more precisely exercised (with the help of  specific permissions) and are no longer available to all moderators, the display of the index page birthday list now depends on the view profile permission.

According to the developers, phpBB 3.0.10 has been tested with the upcoming PHP 5.4 release. All the necessary changes were made in order to ensure a normal upgrade.

They also urged users to upgrade to the new version as soon as possible, as the team will only provide support for phpBB 3.0.10 from now on.
