The openSUSE Project unleashed earlier today, June 1st, the first Beta release of the upcoming openSUSE 12.2 operating system.
Delayed one week, the OpenSuSE 12.2 Beta 1 operating system has been released to bring the latest technologies from the Linux world, such as Linux kernel 3.4, KDE Software Compilation 4.8.3, and GNOME 3.4.
openSUSE 12.2 Beta 1 is distributed as Live CD ISO images with the KDE and GNOME desktop environments, installable DVD ISO images, and netboot ISO images, for both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures.
