Torchlight II is an incredibly fun and extensive action RPG developed and published on Steam for Linux by Runic Games. Users can now pick it up with a huge 75% discount.

Torchlight II was released for Linux users a couple of years back, and the community received the game with great enthusiasm. In fact, it's one of the few games that has mostly positive reviews on Steam.

"Torchlight II captures all the flavor and excitement of the original game - while expanding the world and adding the features players wanted most, including online and LAN co-op multiplayer. Torchlight II is fast, fun, and filled to the brim with action and loot," reads the Steam synopsis.

The systems requirements for it are quite acceptable, and most users will be able to play it. Players will need at least Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (other distros will probably work as well, a 2.0GHz or better processor, 2GB of RAM, 1.7GB free space on your HDD, and an OpenGL 2.0 compatible 3D graphics card with at least 256 MB of addressable memory (ATI Radeon x1600 or NVIDIA equivalent).

The game runs very well under Linux, and most problems have been addressed, so there shouldn't be any major issues with the game, although things might differ from one OS to another. The promotion for Torchlight II is set to expire in just a few hours, so make sure that you don't miss it.
