jAlbum, a tool that can be used to create online photo albums and that has built-in support for organizing and editing images, has been upgraded to version 12.6.4 and is now ready for download.

jAlbum is actually a suite of tools that can be used for quite a few tasks, like image editing, library management, and many more. This is a small maintenance update that fixes just a few issues and other small problems.

According to the changelog, the last used folder for adding pictures is now remembered, a new "Server mode tool" that also uploads album after album has been made available, variables can now be added programmatically to the generated json files on album make time, RSS feed generation can no longer break with certain date formats, keyword management has been improved, and other bug fixes have been fixed.

"jAlbum is optimized to handle huge image volumes and can use your current folder structure. This means you can update your web albums with more images or new features in no time at all," reads the official website.

A complete backlog of changes and new features can be found in the official announcement. You can download jAlbum 12.6.4 right now from Softpedia. The application does carry a price, but it's free for non-commercial use.
