The anticipated GNOME.Asia Summit 2016 conference for GNOME developers and contributors will take place at the end of next week, in Delhi, India, between April 21-24.

GNOME.Asia Summit is an annual conference that takes place in an Asian city, usually during the spring season, and this time, it will be held in the capital territory of India, Delhi.

For four days, attendees will be able to participate in all sorts of workshops and hacking sessions, as well as to listen to talks given by great names behind the GNOME Project.

"GNOME.Asia 2016 will be held between the 21st and 24th of April, and will be a great place to celebrate and explore the many new features and enhancements in GNOME," reads the official website of the event.

The GNOME.Asia Summit 2016 event will be held at the Manav Rachna International University (MRIU), which is located in the Faridabad district, south of the National Capital Territory (New Delhi).

GNOME.Asia Summit 2016 is the event for the recently released GNOME 3.20 desktop environment, which has been dubbed Delhi, after the name of the city where the upcoming conference takes place.
