A new update has been released for this application

Fotoxx, a free, open source Linux photo editing application that is useful to both beginners and experts alike, has been upgraded to version 15.08 and is now available for download.

A new major update for this application is released each month, so now it's time for yet another one. It is a big upgrade and users will most likely notice it immediately.

According to the changelog, the menus have been reorganized, the user interface and messages for "Index Image Files" have been refined, working with thousands of unorganized image tags is now easier, and three new batch tools have been added.

Moreover, parent directories are now buttons instead of text in the gallery navigation panel, the RAW image noise measure has been improved, and new buttons will now quickly change the line color while drawing.

Also, it's now possible to zoom-out from a chosen image spot, the last gallery now works for albums, a few other GUI changes have been made, and a few minor fixes have been implemented as well.
