It seems to us that the lightweight and modern yet not so popular Enlightenment open-source desktop environment for GNU/Linux operating systems has a very active development cycle, with many features being added every two-three weeks or so.

Therefore, today, September 12, 2015, we are more than happy to inform you that the tenth maintenance release of the Enlightenment DR 0.19 desktop environment is out and brings with it no more than ten changes, which include assorted bugfixes and improvements.

According to the release notes, which have been attached at the end of the article for reference, Enlightenment 0.19.10 can now unshade clients when they're activated, updates the X11 compositor to use damage events, and updates the icon theme search list for the wizard.

Various extreme hacks have been added to enforce nocomp stacking policies, the 'starting' flag has been set for the 'desktop show' action in the e_zone_desk_count_set() function, some compiler warning issues have been fixed for the ecomp component, and non-fullscreen nocomp clients will now always have their layers reset.

Last but not least, refocus can now be disabled during the 'desktop flip' action when the client is activated, normal clients can now be stacked below overrides when raising, and client objects of an internal window can be explicitly displayed during the 'desktop show' action.
