With MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2016 just around the corner, Canonical now teases users with the latest preparations for its awesome stand at the number one mobile congress event.

We've already told you what Canonical's plans are this year at MWC 2016, but we will once again remind you that you'll finally be able to taste the latest Ubuntu convergence features, as well as to get your hands on the newest Ubuntu-powered devices.

The company behind the world's most popular free operating system will showcase the previously announced BQ Aquaris M10 Ubuntu Edition tablet and Meizu PRO 5 Ubuntu Edition smartphone, along with all the previous Ubuntu Phones. Additionally, they will also showcase the latest Ubuntu Cloud and IoT innovations.

February 18 was the second day of preparations at MWC 2016, and Canonical's Ubuntu stands already looks promising. This year, they will be in the Main Hall with a bigger than ever stand, so make sure you're there as Ubuntu convergence will be one of the main attractions.

"It’s day two behind the scenes at MWC and the stand is starting to take shape. The iconic orange Ubuntu flags are up, the walls and doors have been assembled, and the flooring has been put down. We are nearly there," said Steph Wilson, Documentation Specialist at Canonical.
