No other version even comes close to an ASCII movie

Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope was launched in 1977 and since then there have been countless versions released, ranging from laser discs to the latest Blu-ray, but now it's available at the highest quality possible, ASCII.

Who would have thought that an ASCII version of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope would pop up 30 years later and that anyone with a terminal and an Internet connection would be able to watch it.

According to the movie credits, the artwork was done by Simon Jensen, the telnet implementation was done by Sten Spans, and the “terminal tricks” by Mike Eduard.

Also, the IPv6 version of this ASCII adaptation of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope has extra scenes and extra color support. Users who want the full experience should get an IPv6 address.
