Wargame: AirLand Battle, an RTS game developed by Eugen Systems and published by Focus Home Interactive, has officially arrived on the Steam for Linux platform.

Wargame: AirLand Battle is the sequel to the real-time strategy game Wargame European Escalation, a game originally launched back in February 2012.

It wasn't really a mystery that the developers intended to also make this game available for the Linux fans, but it’s nice to see how fast it has been ported.

“1985. After several months of tension between NATO and the Warsaw Pact, an incident in the North Sea suddenly sets the world on fire, starting an all-out war.Command the entire military resources of the period, and plunge into the heart of a new dynamic campaign,” reads the official synopsis.

More details about this beautiful strategy game can be found on the Steam website.
