Supports both 32-bit and 64-bit Linux architectures

Oracle announced last night, October 3rd, a new maintenance version to its popular and powerful VirtualBox virtualization software, VirtualBox 4.1.4, which brings many improvements and lots of bugfixes.

VirtualBox 4.1.4 brings support for X.Org Server 1.11, VBoxService now starts correctly under OpenSuSE 12.1, and shared folders can now be mounted in multiple places.

VirtualBox 4.1.4 fixes Compiz issues with 3D support under Ubuntu 9.10 and incorrect rendering when switching from/to fullscreen with 2D acceleration enabled.

VirtualBox 4.1.4 also fixes various issues, for 64-bit guests on AMD CPUs, when reading crossing block boundaries, and progress indicator when creating split VMDK images.
