Valve has released yet another beta version of its Steam client, featuring quite a few changes and improvements.

Valve usually pushes a few Beta updates before upgrading the stable branch of Steam, and now it's time for another Beta version to be released.

According to the developers, the notification indicator displayed when opting into/out of notifications for an app has been improved, SDL has been updated to version 2.0.1, and a queue system has been created for pending updates in the Downloads page.

Also, a UI loop that occurred when using the History button of the Account settings page has been fixed, the option to join Steam Client Beta's from the Settings page has been added, a button to check for Steam Client updates from the Settings page has been implemented, and more.

You can also download the Steam installer from Softpedia if you don't have the client.
