Valve is making today the second announcement regarding the impending release of the rumored and much-praised SteamBox.

Valve has managed to maintain a secrecy around the first announcement in the series and they succeeded in surprising everyone with SteamOS, a new operating system based on Linux that will supposedly run on any PC, but also on the SteamBox.

The company has divided its series of announcements in three parts. The first one was about SteamOS, but there are only bits and pieces of information about the other two. The most likely scenario is that the second announcement will be about the SteamBox and third one will be about Source 2.0, a new game engine.

In any case, you really need to watch the official website because in a little over ten hours, more information will be revealed about the future of gaming.
