A very promising update has been launched on Steam for Linux

Team Fortress 2, the online multiplayer game developed by Valve, has received another update for all supported platforms, including Linux.

Team Fortress 2 features a large number of multiplayer modes, such as Capture the Flag, Control Point, Payload, Arena, King of the Hill and more. Players can choose one of the nine classes: Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper, and Spy.

Highlights of the Team Fortress 2 update:

• Support for unloading the displayed URL when the user closes the info panel has been added; • A client crash caused by the changing of the level while firing the Minigun has been corrected; • A bug that prevented the custom fonts to load for third-party HUDs on Linux has been fixed; • The performance and stability of the Linux version have been improved.
