Being powered by Linux kernel 3.8, Ubuntu Studio 13.04 Beta 2 includes a brand-new wallpaper (Rock theme), new menu items and new Ubiquity.

Moreover, the default desktop environment of Ubuntu 13.04 Beta 2 has been updated to Xfce 4.10, based on the one from the Xubuntu operating system.

Ubuntu Studio 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) will be supported for 9 months and it is distributed only as a Live DVD ISO image, supporting both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures.
