Hewlett-Packard Linux Imaging and Printing, an HP-developed solution for printing, scanning, and faxing with HP inkjet and laser-based printers in Linux, is now at version 3.13.10.

Hewlett-Packard Linux Imaging and Printing 3.13.10 doesn't integrate any new major features, but it comes with quite a few fixes.

Highlights of HP Linux Imaging and Printing 3.13.10:

• Users will not be added to "lp" group. For administrative operation (add, remove, start and stop queue etc.), which requires "lp" group privileges, users will be prompted to provide necessary authentication; • Support for Ubuntu 13.10 Beta and OpenSuSE 13.1 Beta has been added; • Support for new LaserJet and DeskJet printers has been added.

A complete list of changes and new supported printers can be found in the official announcement. Download HP Linux Imaging and Printing 3.13.10 right now from Softpedia.
