The Raspberry Pi Foundation has announced that they've managed to sell two million Raspberry Pi units, but that also means that there are now two million more Linux operating systems in the wild.

For the giants in the hardware industry, two million units of any product may not seem like much, but for a mini PC this is a huge number.

What more astonishing is the fact that Raspberry Pi runs with various Linux distributions, which means that there are now two million more Linux operating systems than a couple of years ago, and that in itself is an amazing accomplishment.

Raspberry Pi relies on an ARM processor with a clock speed of 700 MHz, 512 MB of RAM, an SD card slot, and a 5V Micro USB connector that supplies the power. It also features RCA and HDMI ports.
