The popular and somewhat buggy puzzle platformer Trine 2, developed by Frozenbyte, will soon be available on some digital distribution platforms.

The Linux development of Trine 2 hasn't gone as smooth as the developers have intended, but it seem that the studio has managed to go over the hurdles, according to Joel Kinnunen and Jukka Kokkonen, in an interviw for cheesetalks.twolofbees.com.

I think we'll go with everything, it just takes time to set things up. It's not a high priority to be honest - we have the game now on our own store and will bring it to Desura, and I guess Ubuntu Software Center would be good too, and Gameolith” said Joel Kinnune, Vice President of Frozenbyte.

Buy Trine 2 for $14.99 (11.22 EUR) or Trine 2: Collector's Edition for $24.99 (18.71 EUR) right now from the official website.
