Team Fortress 2, the online multiplayer game developed by Valve, has received a new update with just a few changes and improvements.

Team Fortress 2 has been available on the Linux platform for some time now and the developers have released lots of patches for it already. This is a rather small update, but it still has some interesting changes and a couple of additions.

According to the developer, a new startup music track from Expiration Date has been added, a crafting recipe for The Back Scatter has been implemented, a client crash caused by Strange Fists has been corrected, and players can no longer use the partner taunts to enter enemy spawn rooms.

Also, a regression that occurred with the Disco Beat Down unusual effect has been fixed, The Classic is now automatically zooming in after going through a teleporter while charging, and The Tide Turner is now also capable to refill the charge meter from impact kills.

Team Fortress 2 features a large number of multiplayer modes, such as Capture the Flag, Control Point, Payload, Arena, King of the Hill, and more. Players can choose one of the nine classes: Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper, and Spy.
