The developers have updated a lot of packages for this version

SolusOS, a modern operating system based on the popular Linux distribution, Debian, which works out of the box, with great support for all modern day computing needs, is now at version RC4.

According to the developers, SolusOS “Eveline” Release Candidate 4 has quite a few new features, fixes, and up to date software versions, such as:

· Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird have been updated to version 12.0; · LibreOffice was updated to version 3.5.3.2; · Minitube was updated to version 1.7; · Adobe Flash Player was updated to version 11.2.202.233; · PlayOnLinux 4.0.18 was added; · Elementary icon theme is now default; · Overheating issue was fixed; · FirstRunWizard was fixed for ATi/AMD users; · Kernel module build issues fixed (missing symlink); · Desktop compositing was reenabled; · VLC was updated to version 2.0.1. Download SolusOS RC 4 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a release candidate and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended to be used for testing purposes only.
