The 32-bit version of Salix Live KDE has support for old CPUs

Salix Live KDE, a GNU/Linux distribution based on Slackware that is simple, fast and easy to use, is now at version 14.0.1 Beta 1.

Salix Live KDE 14.0.1 Beta 1 is available for both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures. The distribution is built using SaLT (Salix Live Technology), a collection of Live tools for Slackware distributions.

Highlights of Salix Live KDE 14.0.1 Beta 1:

• The software included is exactly the same as that one present in the standard Salix KDE 14.0.1 release (KDE 4.8.5); • The distribution is based on Linux kernel 3.2.45; • liveclone has been updated to version 0.12.14.0; • The salix-live-installer has been updated to version 0.4.2. • QupZilla has replaced Firefox.
