SalineOS 1.5 comes with LibreOffice as the default office suite, NetworkManager instead of WICD, Grub-Doctor utility instead of the Remastersys GRUB restore tool, which can fix the MBR of SSDs, USB flash drives and Hard Disk Drives.
The installer present in SalineOS 1.5 has been patched to show the Magix for Nvidia and ATI video card owners. Moreover, the AutoUpdate tool is now using the GTK GUI in order to configure packages if user input is required.
Remastersys is still available and it was patched to remove backup errors, and new wrapper for aptitude, called saline-get, is available to configure packages.
The SalineOS manual has been updated, including a completely reformatted German manual, and all security updates have been installed.
