Rhythmbox, an integrated music management application, originally inspired by Apple's iTunes and designed to work well under the GNOME desktop environment, is now at version 3.0.1.

Rhythmbox 3.0.1 has been dubbed "I Am Nice To Tapes" and it's the first maintenance release in the new 3.x branch.

According to the developers, the metadata reader dbus connection now works correctly, the daap source is no longer using the wrong GSettings schema, static playlists are no longer sorted by the artist's name, and the task list now updates properly.
