Blue Libra 2, a real-time space strategy game developed by OratorGames for multiple platforms, is now also available for Linux, through Desura.

OratorGames initially made Blue Libra 2 for every platform conceivable, with the exception of Linux. The developers saw it fit to finally release a Linux compatible version, though Desura, a digital distribution platform for games.

Blue Libra 2 puts players in command of a Libra II class space carrier. You will be able to build fleets, research new technologies, and even take over planets. It also features a comprehensive multiplayer mode.

The hardware requirement are pretty slim: a 1.0 GHz (32-bit or 64-bit) processor, 512MB of RAM, and a graphics card with 64 MB.
