Pitivi, a free and open source video editor for the Linux platform based on the GStreamer multimedia framework, is now at version 0.92 Alpha.

After the previous amazing update for Pitivi we weren't expecting a new version so soon. Fortunately, it's here and it packs quite a punch.

Highlights of Pitivi 0.92 Alpha “Baby Steps”:

• A bug where transitions would stop working has been fixed; • The handling of rendering parameters is now working correctly; • Various fixes for the keyframes UI have been implemented in the timeline; • A series of usability improvements have been added to the welcome dialog; • Various build and packaging fixes have been implemented; • The PyXDG dependency has been dropped.

Check the official announcement for a complete list of changes. Download Pitivi 0.92 Alpha right now from Softpedia.

Remember that this is a development version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
